Dreamteee is a print-on-demand apparel brand based in San Jose, California. We work with established U.S. print partners, so every order is produced and shipped domestically — usually within 1–3 business days of you placing it.
Our designers add new sports, music, culture and profession-inspired prints regularly. Nothing is pre-printed and nothing sits in a warehouse — which is exactly why we can offer designs this specific.
How an order works
1. You order.
Pick the design, colour and size. Payment is taken at checkout because production starts straight away.
2. We print it.
Handling takes 1–3 business days for tees and sweatshirts, 2–3 for jerseys, hats and mugs.
3. It ships.
3–7 business days within the US. International delivery varies by destination.
4. Something wrong?

How long does it take to receive my order?
Every Dreamteee item is printed after you order it. Handling takes 1–3 business days for t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, and 2–3 business days for jerseys, hats and mugs. US shipping then takes 3–7 business days, so most domestic orders arrive within one to two weeks. International handling is 3–5 business days plus 15–30 business days in transit. What materials and print quality can I expect?
We print on mid-weight cotton and cotton-blend fleece for apparel, and ceramic for mugs. Designs are applied using DTG printing for detailed artwork on tees, sublimation for all-over prints and jerseys, and embroidery or print for hats — the product page tells you which method that item uses.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Dreamteee is based in San Jose, California and prints in the USA, and we ship internationally. Shipping cost and an estimated delivery window are calculated at checkout based on your address. International orders ship Delivered Duty Unpaid, so any local customs charges or VAT are the recipient’s responsibility.
What is your return and refund policy?
Because each item is made for you after you order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or for choosing the wrong size. We do refund or replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted, the wrong size from what you ordered, or otherwise not as described — email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with photos. Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel within 6 hours of placing the order, subject to a 10% cancellation fee, because production starts almost immediately. After that the order has usually gone to print and cannot be changed. Email [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check the status any time on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, and Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through our PayPal-powered card checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card. Payment is taken when you place the order, not when it ships. More detail is on our Payment Methods page.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the Size Chart before ordering and compare it against a garment you already own. Jerseys and football jerseys are cut generously; tees and sweatshirts run true to size. Because items are made to order we cannot exchange them for a different size, so it is worth measuring first.
